The Cocktail Is Back!..........

"The Cocktail Is Back!" is the catch phrase on the boxcover for this awesome documentary I just watched showing bartending is returning to the status of an "art form". It profiles multiple bar-owners, managers, bartenders, etc.. in big cities, small towns, and the methods and practices of their profession. I liked especially the one guy from Serbia who takes a photo of him and his associates digging cement in the basement of the bar he is just about to open as symbolic of sorts. And O-M-G!- the cocktails themselves are in some ways the star of the show! Mm-mmmmmmmmm; get ready to salivate at all the drinks being poured, mixed, downed! LOL A thumb AND tongue up for this one!...
