No mention at the end of the last episode; simply that previous episodes are available on iPlayer.

I definitely want to know what happens to Gina as a result of her actions in the last episode.

Hopefully she would have been fired for all of her idiotic actions. Or get re-assigned to DC Bailey of Scott and Bailey, watch her get chewed up.
