Similarity to Hitler

Bruno Ganz, who played Hitler in Der Untergang, has a scene, which reminds a lot of footage with the real Hitler. Papa is shaking hands with Serbian tugs, when they are sending the body of one of their fellow criminals back to Serbia. (04:52-05:40) Even the shrill voice is almost the same. I guess, this is deliberate, and it makes the movie even more funny.
