No fear of makeup!

Most of the female cleaners on this show pile on the "slap," as they say in England. Don't they know that mascara in particular is a breeding ground for bacteria? Wonder how often they buy a new one. And clothes washing -- would love to know how they keep their clothes "germ free."

And most of them wear nail polish. If they clean as much as they say they do, even gel polish can't stand up to it. I know many women who clean for a living and can't even wear gel polish, even if they wear gloves, because of the wear and tear on their hands and nails.

I notice that too!

They tend to think of themselves as germ free, or partaking in proper hygiene. I know I am finicky about sanitizing my makeup, brushes, and replacing mascara every 3 months or if I have an eye infection, and I am not OCD. Who knows what they do to take care of their makeup? They may use disposable mascara wands each time, like a makeup artist would, or use palettes for dispensing cream products to apply to their face. There are ways to keep it hygienic. I am always more surprised at the flowy clothes the women wear to clean dumpsters in.
