So, what happened? He escaped and took credit for the art installation? He had a massive hole in his face and the last shot of her was with the syringe.

I didn't pay much attention when watching this one, so I have no idea what happened. But how was that exhibition put on, without the police arresting someone (the final exhibition I mean)?

Well it doesn't make any sense and they didn't explain it. He would of had to at least verify where he acquired the organs for the exhibit. They neglected to explain.

A head scratcher is one thing. But with no information of what happened the whole thing seems pointless.
