"Tempered steel" speech

Trying to find this speech by Churchill excerpted in the movie. He tells the British people that fire will not destroy them but only temper them like steel and that the fire will burn Hitler out of Europe. I assume this was Churchill's D-day speech but i haven't been able to find it online.
