Good to see Mark Strong in his own movie.

I like this dude.
But this was a suicide mission from the start.
No one would launch a Mars mission as a solo trip.
It would be pointless.
What could one man do, working alone?
The minimum crew would be three people, as on the Moon missions.
And at least one would have to be a woman.
Preferably two women and one guy.

Yeh . . . I really like him too is why I rented this dud . . .

really minamilist film.

If futility was the
point, mission accomplished . . .

Did you see the credits roll? Like 8 people made this movie ... it may win for lowest budget film since 1947 ...

Think Wilson did his part from his own house?

But - don't wanna sound all critical ... one (only slightly) redeeming aspect - at times - like 3 times - when Stanaforth was narrating, it sounded like one of those documentaries you watch in school or one of those crime-scene investigation shows - his voice was so low and serious it kinda made me laugh . . .

I thought this film was kind of an extremely cheezy take on Martian, a movie which I
actually liked for the tech info in the narrating . . .

I think he's one of the more over-rated actors these days. He's not very interesting or engaging. I've seen him in a few things now and he's always been very boring and he's also poorly cast often, which unfortunately for him, makes his roles not believable.
