The real Harlock that we know?
They look alike and they end up getting the same scars in the end. And somehow everyone is resurrected and the dark matter is replenished when Yama takes the helm. Yet, original Harlock is still alive in the end.
The ending didn't make a whole lot of sense.
I Don't care that they lived, or the ship moved, dodged the second attack and got earth out of the way too.
I just want to know where the hell they are going or doing. Also if Earth is regrowing from all that crazy *beep* wouldn't everyone else go back to the other planets to check if they are recovering? since theres nothing special about earth.
and really, dark matter harnessing but no metion of terra-forming?
They could no longer control a populace that no longer wanted to go to Earth. They could now realize there was no point in going home and either stay on the planets they were on or find others.
