Recreating the original Dalek episodes

Things I've noticed about some of the re-created moments from the original Dalek story...
- When The Doctor, Susan and Ian first meet the Daleks, Ian is supposed to run off to his right, rather than straight at the Daleks. (Nicholas Briggs' script at that moment seems a little different from Peter Hawkins' and David Graham's original performances).
- Tristram Cary's music was also missing in that scene, but it was nice to hear Brian Hodgson's 'Dalek City Corridor'.
- The Doctor did famously say 'gloves' instead of 'drugs', but in the original episode he was talking to Ian, Barbara and Susan, not the Daleks, and saying the box they found outside the Tardis must have held 'anti-radiation gloves... drugs'.

Obviously it's a drama rather than a documentary, so there needs to be some compression to make it enjoyable for everyone, but I did wonder if anyone else noticed. Do any other moments spring to mind?

Heartnell's memory loss wasn't as bad when he first started, getting Ian's name wrong was in the script, But again 90 minutes to get his illness across.

Warris is implied to be the director of the first few stories, rather than just unearthly child and Marco polo.

The radiation counter scene is from the first episode of the daleks, not an unearthly child, but it was a billiant way to show the show heading into danger.

The doctor annual heartnell holds up is from 1966, the scene is set in 1964.

Actually the radiation indicator is the closing scene of the first story, it is the repeated in "The Daleks".
