Bodyguard

I like the show, it's funny, sweet, and entertaining. However, in what world do bodyguards behave like that? It seems that they aren't trained very well, out of breath quickly, very emotional. I know it's just a show but it makes it a lot less realistic. I have a friend who is a bodyguard, he trains everyday he's not working, he runs marathons, is strong and can overpower someone with ease, he is also very professional. I kind of missed tha tin the serie's, it could have added a dimention if she was actually powerful and useful to have as a bodyguard instead of him being able to beat her at practically anything.... I wouldn't want a bodyguard I could overpower myself.
