I genuinely like the 100 although I don't agree with the writing occasionally with irrational plotlines and too much emphasis on certain characters.
I really haven't seen too many dystopian Sci-Fi shows on TV. At least not good ones.
I also like this show. It's a very different dystopian story line, one where Earth is no longer habitable and the group has traveled to a new world that was previously settled prior to Earth's demise. Some interesting twists in that and also in the conflicts of the various groups both on old Earth and with the new groups. I also like the characters and their development, though I do wish there were more older characters.
I also like how it portrays people in all groups as not all good or all bad, but shades of grey which is realistic given the struggles to survive and the decisions forced on them.
That is all part of the appeal, I was genuinely surprised by it and the show continues to keep me intrigued to see where it goes.
