Was I missing something, or was that storyline glossed over or dropped or mentioned but I missed it? They had one episode centering about that and she just disappeared. Leaves a door open storyline for season 4

shareBonnie stated there wasn't going to be a relationship between them. The mom picked a guy over her daughter. I don't see why Bonnie, or anyone for that matter, would want a relationship with a parent like that. I see the story as closed. There's no need for the mother to come back.

The way I took the woman was trying to make up with Bonnie to ease her own guilt and maybe have someone with her when she died .
Bonnie's mom probably reminded Bonnie too much of Bonnie herself.

What is nice is the show doesn't show Bonnie does everything perfectly. Bonnie is allowed to have flaws. The thing is Bonnie was a poor parent and she did not have a grat role model to begin with. What was nice about the episode was the episode "Let the viewer draw their own conclusion"
