Yeah but it wouldn't have Luke Mitchell or Mark Pellegrino in it . They made the show worth watching.

Happy to see The Carrie Diaries cancelled because it frees an actor I like from a show I didn't watch.
Very happy to see Hart of Dixie renewed! Yes, it's a stupid show but it's relaxing and I can't only watch shows like Game of Thrones, Hannibal & The Walking Dead, too depressing lol.
Not surprised by Star-Crossed, the ratings were abysmal.
For me the most important thing is that The 100 has been renewed!

they just lost me as a fan when the whole weird 'floating tiny robots that control the power' concept was introduced.

oh, just checked wikipedia. the recent few episodes have apparently had about 3-4 mil viewers less than was the standard in the past. guess it makes more sense when you look at the numbers.
what I don't get is why the renewed Beauty and the Beast and Hart of Dixie and cancelled the Tomorrow People? their recent ratings were pretty damn close and TTP's were actually a bit higher than B&TB. and, in my opinion, TTP has much more potential than HoD as a show. it has greater opportunity for growth, improvement, for story development.
sigh. I'll miss it. I wanted to see what happened next.
I heard the opposite, that he got this role only 2-3 weeks after moving to LA.
sharemark pellegrino, makes every single show that is popular or not popular....watchable, but this show specifically was good not only because of him stephen amell was great , so was luke mitchell, they were all great the whole show was great, sucks it was cancelled, but the only thing i can say is at least the 100 was renewed cause that was also a good show
shareI agree...This is the first time I have ever seen these 2 actors (Luke Mitchell and Mark Pellegrino). They are awesome actors!!! And Mitchell is so HOT as well!!

The writers even gave the show a cliffhanger - just in case of renewal.
It deserved a second season, or at least, the start of one. If the ratings really fell off mid-season they could cancel then.
One season is not enough time in the sci-fi genre for people to first find the show, then develop a following.
Wonder, if they would consider just doing a feature film instead?

TTP was one of the best new shows this past season, and I shall surely miss it and Robbie Amell along with the rest of the cast.

sharein the 18-49 range, over all they were beating TP, which was barely pulling 1 over all, sometimes, and that was with DVR, and there was almost no online presence, and the core fans, from the previous incarnations didn't really get into it, we liked the improvements of special effects, but the story and the killing, not really what we wanted to see.

Couldn't agree more. It looks like more crap shows based on comic books for the idiots at CW.
btw- A friend told me he had heard a rumor that TTP was offered up to Netflix and Amazon. Let's hope one of them bites!
