This show was good and many other CW shows are great but are canceled. Why is that? The only show left for me on the CW is Beauty and the Beast but if that ever gets canceled, I'll stop watching CW shows altogether.
They've kept other shows with worse numbers (viewership) so I suspect it was too expensive. Or maybe it was just yet another boneheaded decision by another clueless TV exec. Same ol'.
In any case, this show was canceled before its time.
It was cancelled because of the pathetic bruising figures of the 2nd hand of the series. Less than a million viewers of some episodes. It was purely a financial decision, and financially it was the right one.
The better answer is why didn't people watch this. I've only just got round to watching it, since I haven't watched much TV for the past year or two.
I like it, though. Don't get why no one watched it. Maybe it's because super power stuff only ever survives if it has big comic book names behind it. But one series? Alphas lasted for 2.
