Plot Hole (Spoilers)

Stephen then turns his suspicions to Luca, and then has a conversation with him about it. Turns out he's just smoking weed.

After Astrid's family is attacked, their mother protects them with a force field, and Stephen finds out that she has powers too.

You are left to assume that it was the mother who floated the camera on the bridge.

An alternative could be that Stephen wanted him to have powers so bad, that he floated the camera himself to justify his suspicions. But I think it was the mother.

It bothered me too (actually the only reeason I cam to this board) They never explained it.
It would have made sense had it been Luca breaking out and not be aware of his powers... But other than him, Stephen and ranger-rick were the only ones there.
Marla was back at the camp and the water would have hindered her ability anyway. It was a stupid episode and I don't think they knew where to go with it.
