I'm sorry but no one forced her to get that tracer... she was being told over and over that the founder was not to be trusted and then she turned on the people who had been risking their lives to keep her alive. Yeah I get that she is desperate and sick of living down below but I sure as hell would've reminded her that giving Roger to the founder would in no way erase the fact that she was a little girl having a hissy fit about her own stupid decision and that he still had her live below a kill switch.
