I can't know for certain but I've always written this off as possibly a budget issue since this is clearly a very small movie, financially. Tiny compared to big budget blockbusters.
I believe that, in terms of the story, the audience is supposed to believe Robert is breaking into his neighbor's house. In terms of the reality of filming a micro-budget film, however, the production of this movie was contained to one house, so I'm guessing the filmmakers needed to make due with what they had.
That being said, they could have at least changed the scenery a little. Same curtains, same radio, same soap, same tiles on the wall and pictures on the fridge. Same everything. I'll admit, I didn't notice it was the same house for a while, but after multiple viewings it's one of the only things that really bothers me about this otherwise very cool movie.
As for the note on the fridge, I have no idea. I've actually been wondering what that's supposed to mean myself.

Here are answers to the above questions:
It is his own kitchen window he climbs in through after having tapped the neighbors house.
The "fair is fair" note is one of those sayings in Swedish that unfortunately proved to be more or less untranslatable into English. It refers to a conversation Robert Nord had with Sinus San at the kitchen table where Sinus San claims his part of the discovery and wants "fair to be fair".
As noted, the camera actually never left the house for the whole of the shoot.
