To dimwits who can't watch their kid

I hope there aren't a lot of people out there like the police commissioner and his wife who can't watch their kid and just blames the last person the kid was with so they don't get labelled as "Idiot Parents who Can't Watch a Child"

In the shopping mall, the wife was with the kid and she had a chauffeur to meet her and help her with groceries. Neither of them noticed that the kid started talking to an attendant and wandered off into the marketplace. Sheesh.

I know this just propels the story along and gives it direction, but I'm seething with hatred for the heartless police commissioner and his wailing dimwitted wife.
