...why the foreigner killed that girl (after having sex, of course) & that Punjabi man at the travel agency shop? Who sent him, by the way? Did I miss something?

He was sent by the chinese to assassinate him and he left no evidence. Why he cared about teaming up with the villain is a mystery to me.
