Music in Episode 3, please help

Over Charlie's monologue on The Taste, there's a piece of music playing that I'd really like to know the name of. It was used in an Adam Curtis documentary but I had no luck finding it because he just uses so much music - needle in a haystack.

Did anyone recognise it and can you please tell me what it's called?
