Why is this called Zephyr Springs on IMDB?

On The Lifetime Network, tv guide (both website and on tvguide list) it's called Deadly Spa.

That confused me too. I had to look up Amy Pietz on IMDB to find out what this was called.

There have been other movies I've tried to find on this site, to see how they were reviewed, and occasionally this site will have a different name for the movie. So I have to look up an actor to find the movies name.

I've also seen it called Zellwood and Deadly Weekend.

Sometimes a movie will have one name for TV, but when it comes out on video, or is preparing to come out, it is renamed. I don't know the reason behind it, just that it sometimes happens. This may or may not be the case here.

Its now called A Deadly Game for its DVD release

That was the original name. The DVD home release is called A Deadly Game. I rented the movie thinking it was a new movie. its the same movie
