shareWhat I find unrealistic is that 99% of the people you see are white. Not even on the streets or crowd scenes are there many people of color.

shareWell, considering demographics of São Paulo (the city where the show is filmed) indicate that black people represent only 2.6% of the population in the metropolitan area, and that nearly half the population is of italian descent then I think the show is very accurate. There is around 25% of "pardo" (brown) population but even those have supposedly 80% european ancestry according to recent studies, and most of them will look white in the street or crowd scenes in the show, so there you go.
Anyway, I recently read in some brazilian news websites that the show has been renewed, so I'm looking forward to that third season :)
