Is there a missing episode or something? (spoilers)

At the end of episode 12 of season 4 Ichabod's son Henry walks up to Dreyfuss asking about being war again. Then episode 13 of season 4 it's as if they already know he has become war. I feel like there's some time missing or either I somehow missed something.
