So does anyone know the classic looking yacht or boat Ian and Ann sail on in the first episode at the beginning? I really loved the look of it!

The boat you pictured is not a 'yacht'. Here's some helpful info re: boats. I know a bit about Fleming but whether he owned a boat in Jamaica I don't know. I assume he would have for his convenience as well as to entertain guests.

Upon further online browsing methinks it looks like a bowrider or at least similar to those classic wooden boats of Chris Craft fame Not sure, however.
It would be helpful if the boat brands and/or manufacturers sourced for use in such TV Mini-Series like Fleming or other films like London Has Fallen were acknowledged in the end credits or at least on www.IMCDb.org.
