WTF? What a name ripoff. You don't have an imagination at all to come up with an original title. Even the poster colors/design is the same colors as Distric 9.

If there were already movies called Ditrict 9, Territory 8, Base 7, Area 6 and Zone 5, you would just go ahead and call this **** Territory 4 wouldntcha?
