i can't be the only one
Who shed a tear or two during this.
Great film.
N-not me!
No, I totally did. Dang. It really hit home at the parts where the older mother and post-funeral brother met the others from the past that night... it's like, you ever wish you could turn back time, see someone again just once--so much? And they did! Waterworks! But those in the past have no idea of the significance for the future person... and it was so moving and tragic... and then the secret handshake, with the priest... Gah! Unexpected! But fantastic.
Yep, I was in tears by the end, too.
shareYea I totally shed some tears.
shareJust finished watching it on Netflix, can't describe how good it was, it got me too, after watching a lousy bad horror movie the day before, my expectation was really low and then this movie came and now I want to see it with my whole family, it's BEYOND awesome and superb acted and directed !

Stupid emotionally manipulative movie. 😭😭 I cried twice, especially the scene with the brothers reuniting one last time. My boyfriend could not stop teasing me.
This is a torch song. Touch me and you'll burn.
Just finished this film. And No! You are not alone! I cried at least 2x and especially at the end, after the best friend was revealed and THEN - the little girl Rodrigo gave the pearl to.
shareA tear or two? Try crying a river! About 30 seconds before they revealed who the hand in the white shirt behind the door belonged to I kind of wondered and was right - which did not spoil the movie at all. What a shock though when the priest revealed himself as the friend; I was just so happy. And then the girl! Really wonderful flick.
