Wonderful acting

I expected Lithgow to ruin this movie, but boy was I wrong about him. He was magnificent. He elevated it to just the right place.

All of the actors were superb. Molina was also just right. And Marisa Tomei shocked me. She was very believable and touching.

Who did you like the best?

reply

Tomei is, contrary to public image---is a very good actress!

I KNEW Lithgow was up to it--as was Molina.

Carpe Noctem!

Marisa Tomei was a huge surprise to me. She was wonderful.

And once again, Cheyenne Jackson was woefully under-utilized. He's one of the most talented men on earth and they always give him roles where he only has a few lines... except when he's starring in a Broadway musical. I don't understand it.

Funny. I saw it because of Lithgow. I'm surprised to hear anyone think he'd be the one to ruin any movie.
