I missed a few scenes here & there so I never saw the article. Did it contain the info that Tobi had paid Mike's college tuition? If not, what did it say and did Mike ever find out that Tobi sent his mom $15,000?

It was just an old article about Mike (fencing, I think). The fact that Tobi saved it told them he knew about and believed Mike to be his son. Don't know if Mike knew about the 15 Gs, but I'm sure sooner or later his wife would have told him.
