Surprisingly Funny When It's Not Being Offensive

That's the thing about Seth MacFarlane, when he's funny, as he is in the Planes Trains and Automobiles homage, the Fox and SNL piss-takes, the big Comic Con fight, Jonah Hill as Superman, Michael Dorn and Patrick Warburton spoofing themselves, and the stuff about Amanda Seyfried's eyes (hey, she's obviously in on the joke, so it's okay), he can be hilarious.

It's just a shame that he often has to spoil it with all the 'outrageous' politically-incorrect stuff demeaning women and black people.

Oh stop… the offensive stuff is some of his funniest. People stop being offended by everything. You’ll be much happier. It’s a comedy about a talking bear. If you can become offended over something in this film, you might as well just end, because you’re beyond sad.
