Seems like 4 different movies

I got fatigue watching this thing, an exhausting family guy episode

Very true. By the end you feel like you've watched multiple movies because it's all over the place. The subplot with Donny and comic con really had nothing to do with anything, and wasn't needed. The movie already had a villain in the court system and its ruling. I don't know why they thought it needed another conflict/villain, and a lesser one at that since the legal trouble was already interesting enough in the damage it was causing Ted's life.

The unrated version is especially guilty of the overkill. The first at least had a narrow viewpoint and plot line, this one is too much and went on too long. Still had some funny moments, don't get me wrong, but it's nowhere near as good as the first.

I think with this movie, the "storyline" is just a vehicle for their jokes. I actually tuned out of the storyline eventually and was just waiting for the jokes to come.

The personhood storyline was definitely stronger and more interesting than a simple kidnapping storyline.

Yeah, me too. It's more just a collection of scenes, but it's still hilarious a good amount of the time. I like the Comic-con Fight, the Improv Scene had me laughing as hard as ever, the Liam Neeson Trix scene... Awesome. It's sloppy though, no doubt about it.
