low rating?

WHy such a low rating????

I could see someone giving it 6.5 on the basis of preference (I gave it a 9/10 because I like these kinds of films - like Meek's Cutoff), but not based on quality. It deserved higher than that. I expected it to be rated no lower than 7.1 and at the highest maybe 7.8. I'm hoping it's just because not a lot of people voted. I wish IMDB would show race/ethnicity in the demographics too, not just age and gender.

I Can't see how it got that low of a rating. It was a really good movie.

I'd give it a 7.5. Way better than Birdman,WTF is the big deal.F Producing,Directing,Cutting,I just go by how good the dam movie is

I thought it was a fine low budget film and young Ashton Sanders did a stellar job; hopefully he gets more work

Seriously? Phucc that nonsense, you Americans are so friggin obsessed with race it's not even funny

Also it's NOT a low rating, 6.5/10 is a fairly solid rating, go look see what other similar movies are rated on here before claiming that it's rated low... It's fairly obvious that this would not be a crowd pleaser in that regard

Why don't you wish in one hand, and s#*t in the other. See which one fills up first.

I don't know... maybe it's because you're not a person of color you don't get it. And when you say "similar movies,' what exactly are you referring to? It's not just about "crowd-pleasing."
