Second season?
Is there any word on whether or not BBC will produce a 2nd season?

Seems we're cursed to have every good one cancelled, and every reality show renewed ad nauseum.
Alas for 'Frankie'; t'was a worthy show.
I cannot imagine why it did not catch on with enough ratings to get renewed.
It had some of the characteristics of other shows that DO get renewed, after people tune in with enough viewers. Great cast, very strong ensemble and folks love a good female-centric drama. Nice location shooting. And the humor with Frankie in the car with "Ken" and dancing about like a maniac to good tunes, with the funny bedroom scenes with the boyfriend acting out tv shows--all borderline classics.
Never could decide what happened to "Frankie" that didn't let it take off?
