yes it does seem that way and people are surprised when Hayley tired to take Hope away from Klaus. Her intentions were right, her method was wrong.
Anyway looks like right Marcel is a silent observer to all Alaster's intentions but I dont buy that he will be a willing participant in getting Hope or Hayley killed.
Alaster was also a powerful angel, not a good one. Just from the name it seems that this will be next villain.

I read another part of the script , it's like he has Klaus on display , or at least allow people to come and mock him. I can't believe Vincent would go along with the whole thing. Marcel's ego is so over the top he's worst then Lucian.
