How come Jason and Moose didn't recognize each other when they met in the lobby(I think)? Didn't they like, work together back when they were a part of the House of Pirates?

They did. I didn't get that part either. Jason also danced with the Santiago twins and Vladd. Hair, Jenny and Monster also danced with Jason in new york and in the Miami film. It was really weird they acted like strangers.
