Sorry but I have to disagree with you. I think the acting was very good with the exception of one person. While I would not name that particular person in a public forum, I would feel free to say it was not any of the kids.

I was wondering why she was suddenly removed from the cast. The way her character was dealt with offscreen for season 3 was just bizarre. I had no idea it was because they didn't like her acting. I personally thought it was fine.

I like the 'korean' teen, I think her acting was pretty good... her lines were strange at times, but the writing wasn't her fault. Now I LOVED Annie Tedesco! And hate to see her go! I couldn't stand Parker Posey... I do NOT know why so many like her so much, and she didn't add much to the show's atmosphere at all and the chemistry between her and Arthur felt very forced. Now the chemistry between Arthur and the Dr was interesting... but Posey just do anything for me at compared to all the other characters we'd seen in the show so far... esp for a military town for this era. I didn't understand why she didn't move into Beth's house and leet Arthur keep his home instead of forced to move into some apartment with an aunt he didn't even know. I'd rather see Arthur move in temporarily with Regina and come to blows with Wallace nearly every day. That would added some neat tension to the show.

Well, by the end of Season 2 it looked like they were trying to hide her pregnancy. So we thought she was pregnant in real life during that time and they just wrote her out of the show.
