Casting criticism

I've got to level some criticism to the casting for this film. While Emmanuelle Béart is clearly still very attractive, given her age her being cast in this role is really pushing it and not very realistic.

There are very few pro dommes that last in the business to age fifty or beyond, which Béart was in this film. Most pro dommes retire from the business around the age of forty or earlier because paying clients simply dry up. In a way it's like the acting profession, every day there are younger, more attractive women entering the field and it becomes harder and harder to compete.

I live in NYC and have been involved in the BDSM community here for twenty five years. I know dozens of pro dommes and can count on one hand the number that are over fifty.
