Hal Hartman, Texas Ranger

So the ranger's last name is Hartman. I'm guessing he's related to Mayor Burt Hartman of Texas Chainsaw 3D. Honestly this movie was better than TC3D but still not great. Outside the original, this series has really struggled to present anything special.
