Started out hating it, ended up loving it.

Army of Frankensteins...WHO KNEW? As I started to watch this movie, I was about to put it in the same category with S. Darko by Chris Fischer destroyed the Donnie Darko Cosmology, BUT as this movie went on, I laughed with excitement, cringed at some of the low budged killings (because they were gross..cept for the pulling off of the face...you guys could have did a better job with that one). I really Liked this work and the twist at the end, because once you start to watch this film, you gotta wonder how the hell he is going to be born!!!? That caught me off guard and I loved that last surprise. The actor Rett Terrell played the character Solomon Jones just like Timothy Olyphant played Seth Bullock in Dogwood, and that was a great treat to see someone else play that demeanor, that's what hooked me. Jordan Farris playing Alan Jones was very comical. When the movie started and we saw the monsters, I told my wife..."Can you believe someone gave money to make this film...!!!? By the end of the movie, I told her, "It was worth every penny." So I was wrong at the beginning. I Think the crew and cast did an outstanding job with what funds they might have obtained. Good job and a great laugh with realistic quotes like, "I can't marry you, just yesterday you asked me to loan you five dollars!" Now that's real! The ONLY thing that bugged me the whole movie, though I loved the character of Raychelle McDonald who played the lovely nurse called Virginia...Black girls back then did NOT have perms, LOL. That was just off. HAHAHA. Great little movie, I truly had stomach rumblings with the blood, laughed a lot and loved the future snaps.

The filmmakers spent $30,000 of their own savings to make the film. Some matching funds were given to them by the company they worked for at the time.
