The scene with the "robo" dog was a bit...

When Derek is in deep grief about the lost of his beloved dog, Kev opens all of his heart and surprises everybody with his self built animatronic dog (with a real sausage tail!). I felt it was a little over the top. I know, he wasn't really clear in his head and kind of an artist, but this whole robo-dog thing felt a bit off.
