I just watched first episode.it is great.it comes back as a coalition leader touching all today's problems.bernard and hacker are ok but sir humphrey looks like a bir sarkozy :)) especially in the sketching in the beginning.mr atkinson would be a perfect match for sir humphrey :D

It needs to be much sharper though.

shareI agree with david-4593 this series isn,t a patch on the original. What Anthony Jay and Jonathon Lynn did in the 80s was to create a masterpiece now they have returned to it and deliberatly ruined it, it is like Da Vinci after compleating the Mona Lisa returned some time later and drew a pencil moustache on it.
shareThe worst part was having a woman in it. The original had the perfect dynamic of the three characters. Introducing a fourth character just messed everything up. I was VERY disappointed in this.

I still can't watch the news without putting "the Sir Humphrey spin" on everything that is said. The original was pure genius, not to be messed with.
