Plans for felony charges for people disclosing chemicals used in fracki

Three Republican senators in North Carolina introduced a bill that would charge individuals with a felony for disclosing confidential information about the chemicals used in fracking. Though fire chiefs and health care personnel can obtain this information during emergencies, the bill allows companies who own the chemical information to require emergency responders to sign a confidentiality agreement.

That is enough proof for me that fracking is nefarious and run by corporations with the aim to exploit and make huge profits at the expense of the people living in those areas where it takes place.
The lobbyist politicians how much are they making from it?

BINGO! The gag rule on which chemicals are being pumped into the ground is never addressed in this film for obvious reasons. They mostly focus on the money certain farmers will be missing out on by not being allowed to let the frack wells poison the land from their property. If it was only poisoning their land only, I'd be on board. However, fracking poisons not only their land, but the entire water table it penetrates. They always talk about how the actual fracking happens below the water table. What about the fact that the well itself goes THROUGH the watertable first! And nearly all wells leak to some degree over time, especially when frack induced earthquakes crack or damage wells carrying natural gas directly through our precious water tables. This requires an understanding and belief in science to understand. Those who cheerlead for fracking tend to brush off scientific fact and use "God's Will" to answer all life's big questions. Good luck with that. When you choose to base your life on fairy tales, its best to leave the big decisions up to the adults. Go home and watch Fox News while praying to which ever Bible you fell for. Let the grown ups fight to keep you from getting poisoned for the profits made off natural gas exploration. The sad part is, they fight for the profiting of a few, we fight for the health of all.
