Help with a quote?

I've been wracking my brain for the past few days and I can't remember where I saw a scene that played out like this. I believe it was on this show, but if it was I can't remember which episode, any help would be great.

I think it goes something like some guy walks into a room and Kevin starts going a little crazy and asking him something like "What the hell is wrong with you" type thing and all the other guy says is "Start over."

For some reason I keep thinking it was either on here or maybe in Horrible Bosses with Jamie Foxx's character the one saying "Start over".

I'm totally stumped, anyone out there have a clue? Thanks!

This may be way off track of what your looking for. It's one of my favorite lines of one of my fave shows of all time.

On Season 5 Episode 19 "Golden Ticket". Of
The Office (U.S. Version). Michael Scott, played by Steve Carell, storms into the warehouse and calls Darryl Philbin, played by Craig Robinson, an idiot.

Michael Scott: "You Idiot!"

Darryl: "Start Over"
