Total failure as a documentary, a film, and a concept

this isn't even watchable. first the rules aren't explained. food? apparently not stuff. what about toilet paper? it's not one of the first things he takes, so it's not stuff either. bull *beep* then he continues to work, so he isn't even at home most of the time. the aspects that would have been interesting are the survival and boredom. instead we get staged (!) conversations with faceless people and complaining by his friends how he isn't available for them to reach on the phone. plus the basic concept of the movie is flawed since his daily life would only get easier by the day, not harder.

absolutely atrocious. the idea had potential but the execution is direly bad. that guy is so stuck in the 21th century he doesn't even get the idea he has to convey with creating a film like this. that is the bitter irony here. he can cast off his stuff, but the stuff he would have to cast off actually to improve as a person is the mindset.
