The more I watched this the more I got annoyed on how lame they made Wesker in this. His appearance looked great and the actor (Shawn Roberts) played him well in this but he got no fight scene and his death was the lamest. I can't believe they made him begging for his life at the end. It was so out of character for him. He was a total boss from the earlier films but suddenly Dr Isaac becomes his superior and Wesker was just a timid henchmen.

I feel it was all because of corporate executives' decisions. They pretty much who should take the spotlight in Retribution and Final Chapter.

Sienna Guillory who was supposed to be the villain in 5, didn't get any press, she didn't get any interviews and she wasn't even in Comic Con, they decided to use Luther West and Michelle Rodriguez instead who had fewer roles.

then we had Final Chapter, Ali Larter's role was smaller than in Extinction we hardly any fight scenes, at least in Extinction and Afterlife she got her own moments but in the Final Chapter, she was reduced to a side character. All the focus went to Isaacs and Ruby Rose's character I feel it was a studio decision to push her as the raising star, I hated her death scene because the movie had fast cuts but her death was in slow-mo, and her character didn't have any build up and we were forced to feel sorry for her, like for what? Just because Alice cry for her? Alice seems annoying this time, they made her cruel and they change her character too much.
