the fight with Issac lasted way more than that and she still have enough time to release the anti virus lol

Lol, time seemed quite screwy in the last 30 minutes of the movie. "She'll reach the lower hive in 9 minutes" uh yeah right, it took 2 hours to get out of the Hive from the lower levels in the first movie, why would this be ANY faster?
