The show Stairway to Heaven was a feel good show with a sinner who was dragged from town to town because an angel told him that he was needed there to help an individual or family....
Sound familiar? The premise is different but the episodical "individual/family" issue/problem that Bo has to help reminds me of STH and has the same feel good resolution without the religious connotations which I appreciate.
Please keep that alive!!!!!!
Yeah I said in another thread it very much reminded me of Touched By an Angel. I really like that premise - even though I myself am not very religious - I appreciate the positive resolutions each week and the themes of forgiveness and second chances etc. Nothing wrong with an uplifting poignant drama - it's a premise that is very lacking on TV right now.
shareI loved Touch By an Angel. It always gave me a weekly good cry cause the episodes were so touching. I too think Believe is similar.
shareI agree, there's a lot of supernatural shows out and I admit there are a few that I personally enjoy however- there's nothing like this out there.
Too bad they cancelled this show. What a shame!
