Terrible acting. Awful show
The Waverly Place actress is fine and so are the kids she reads to. The cringe awards go to the kids and cast within the story. In the goblin episode, the boy and girl in the woods doing the leaf science project are supposed to be best friends but they constantly fight and yell and are aggressive and rude to each other.
The scripts are bad and goofy and look like a local tv production, not a Nicelodeon show.
The show premise could be so much better. I give it 4 stars for effort but it's plain awful. Even my 4 and 9 year old said it was poorly written and produced.
I watch the show with them.
