ok.. was there even a script written for this episode or we just improvising at this point?!

how about an explanation or set of rules that guide the coin's abilities. for instance you find a genie lamp, ya rub it, ya get 3 wishes. then ya give it to some other douche, etc.

and what? the sister was a super-famous surgeon at the end? what in the actual fuck..

It was pretty obvious. The coin made people applaud your music, even if it wasn't great. Sort of a meta-commentary on the Big Music star machine -- looks and production value and media hype often trumping talent.

Her sister dumped the medical career to follow the siren song of celebrity and become a musician herself.
