Was E5 (The Wunderkind) taking a shot at #45?

I heard this show was trying to "relate to the times", so I assumed this last episode was directed right at #45's immaturity, and the fact he's been compared to acting like a child. Or was this episode saying that people would elect just about anybody?

I assume that the child president was partially a jab at Trump, but I am sure it was also meant as a comment on how elections can be won by candidates with a good image and campaign even if they don't have a solid platform or experience. And last but not least, it is probably also a reference to a classic episode of "The Twilight Zone" where a boy with the ability to make anything happen terrorises everyone around him.

True. I remember that episode.

I thought the opposite.. A childish mindset in control? I thought it was 100% the current state of dems.

OAC sprung to mind.

chucking a tantrum, demanding ice cream etc..

the end left me just blatantly confused.. It has no resolution... Felt pointless I'd wasted my time, to be honest.. as many of this show do.

I won't be upset if there is no season 2, at this rate.

lol omg that was Trump 100%, just saw it, clever spin on the original Twilight Zone episode on the boy with reality-changing powers

Funny, I thought the episode was a "different timeline" type of episode in which Hillary had won because her personality is much like that of a petulant child.

You only have to look at how after nearly 3 three years after the election she is still harping on about how the election was stolen from her and how it was everyone but her own's fault

Hahahaha! This comment didn't age well.
