I can't believe that two of the greatest Shakespearean actors alive today are doing this garbage. They must have signed on before they read the script.

two old bastards who love to hate each other, what's not to love. I may be wrong but I don't think either of them have played a gay man before, that alone would be a reason to do it and to be able to say whatever they like.

Sir Derek Jacobi played Alan Turing in "Breaking the Code" and the painter Francis Bacon in "Love is the Devil" both of whom were Gay.

McKellen got an Oscar nom for playing James Whale, who was also gay.

Nothing more horrible as an actor than to always play the same type of roles.

It won't be everyone's cup of tea but I'm sure this show has a high rating, well, because most people find it funny. Different folks, different strokes.

I just discovered it this weekend and found it very funny. Sometimes a little campy is fun. They probably needed a change from Shakespeare...
